About me

I am an English-speaking psychologist and integrative therapist offering online therapy. Having lived and worked across different cultures throughout my life, I’m deeply interested in how our experiences shape who we are, how we see ourselves, and how we relate to the world around us. I bring this awareness to each individual I work with, alongside a particular interest in how our early experiences shape the way we think, what we tell ourselves in the present, and how we imagine our future.

Change can be uncomfortable and painful, but having the courage to enter therapy can open up unexpected possibilities in how we experience ourselves and the world around us. I see therapy as an opportunity to make sense of and express things in a safe, collaborative space. The process unfolds at your pace, and while it can be challenging and painful, it can also open the door to new and unexpected ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.

How I work

Exploring together

Together, we explore the experiences that have shaped you, recognise patterns in the way you think, feel, and relate to others, and make sense of things that may have been difficult to understand or express. I believe you know yourself better than anyone else, so we look at both what is happening in your life now and how your past experiences may be shaping the way you think, feel, relate, and respond to yourself today.

Finding meaning

Even painful and overwhelming experiences can carry meaning. Rather than simply trying to silence symptoms or suffering, we can become curious about what they may be communicating and develop new ways of responding to them.

Who I work with

In my work, I meet many people who are struggling with relationships, anxiety, their sense of self and belonging, low mood, trauma, loss, or a feeling of being stuck or lost. Some people come to therapy with a particular issue or feeling they don’t fully understand, while others experience a more general uncertainty about who they are becoming or what they want at this stage of their lives.

We work towards making choices from a place of greater clarity and compassion, strengthening your existing capacities and resources, and exploring difficulties with greater self-acceptance, with the aim of finding a greater sense of balance in everyday life.

Approaches I use

As an integrative therapist, my work draws from a wide range of approaches, tailored to each individual.
